bolsa row terrace

Bolsa Row Terrace is the second construction phase of the new mixed-use development project in Westminster, CA. Design inspired by the French Colonial architecture of Vietnam with storefront windows and sidewalk seating to create street scenes reminiscent to Old Saigon. The corner clocktower at Bolsa Avenue and Brookhurst Street presents a recognizable landmark and gateway at this prominent intersection in Westminster known as Little Saigon. This commercial space, equitably divided between retail and restaurant use, incorporates ironwork, arches, and glass atrium overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard. On the interior, Festival Street serves as a community space perfect for public celebrations, concerts and market events, familiar with Vietnam’s Bến Thành Market. The upper level terraces and balconies overlook the interior street and help create a multi-level connection to the community interaction.

The construction for this extensive six-acre development was planned for 3 project phases: Phase 1 – Bolsa Row Apartments; construction of 200 luxury apartment units and amenities. Phase 2 – Bolsa Row Terrace; approximately 25,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space including 120 parking spaces, at grade and in one subterranean level. And Phase 3 – Wyndham 5 story hotel; French Colonial design with 148 rooms and suites, second level large banquet hall, pool, spa facilities, and garden space for outdoor gatherings.
