The development includes more than 245,000 sf of retail linked by series of people space anchored by a central water fountain plaza. The site and architectural design incorporate remnant features that draw from the city of Redlands rich past. The retail development was followed by a second mixed use office phase. As part of phase 2 RHA designed the office / hotel component.
